We have been working with Five9 for over 1 year. We are very pleased with the online tool and the fact that our call centre employees can be spread out across the country but still be connected is so wonderful! In times when we have had to contact support we are always met with courtesy to resolve the problem at hand. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and service to anyone looking for a solution to their call centre needs.

It is being used by our sales department our CSR department and our QA department. It is a great communication tool, to contact our customers. The best thing about it is its reports are customizable. You can gather as much data as you want (within the last 60 days) The thing I would want improved are the integrations, and the overall friendliness of the UI, it can be scary and hard to use.

I normally don't post reviews but I am today. Beware that if you decide to go with Five9 that your billing starts immediately even if it takes them 6-8 weeks to get your phone system up and running. Once the system was up and running it works as expected.

I have been using five9 for now over five years. I must say that the system they have in place is great and provide just about any features one would like to have at their fingertips so one can customize it anyway you like. Now when it comes to tech support, well that's another issue. First thing is that about 80% of the tech support need to put you on hold to research the issue because they just don't know. They have a higher tech support team but one needs to take a test and pass to get that department. As a client I pay them for a service and expect to get the correct level of support without having to take a test. They don't pay me , I pay them. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. So in all when rating five9, software a 5 star and tech support no words.

The implementation was a bit rocky and I didn't always feel like someone on their side was making sure things ran smoothly. However, since then the experience has been very good. The tool is very robust and there are a lot of resources available to help you implement it effectively.

Fast, efficient and easy to manage, we can increment and reduce licenses with no issues and the availability is great
