I love the capabilities that Five9 offers. The ease and ability with which we are able to monitor employees is phenomenal. There are an abundance of reports available. It just can be quite overwhelming learning the difference between them. It would be helpful if there was a quick start for new users that would allow you to choose the items that you would like reviewed.

Rollover was relatively painless but had some miscommunication both to and from Five9 that if we avoided would have made the experience more enjoyable. My integration specialist had to learn a lot more about the set up process and had more issues doing so than we anticipated
