This is the most comprehensive dialer system I have used. It is easy to use, setup, and the reporting is amazing.

Five9 has many features on the back end that make integration and the complications of our operations possible. However, Support always seems to be a bit of a hassle. More charges incur for solutions that you'd think would be more accessible. Otherwise, for the most part we are satisfied with Five9.
