Been on this platform for a little over a year, the power of it's tools are excellent; a lot of flexibility. The on-boarding process was also excellent with their team. My company has been through 3 cloud call-center providers in as many years, I'm excited to to have found Five9 and stick with them!

I believe that they try to do their best. Our rep is very conscientious and tries to provide the best service. I wish your product was a bit more updated. The reporting module, especially, could use some revamping.
