Five9 is the backbone of our Customer Care platform. It handles all our call handling, recording and Supervisor monitoring. We are looking to expand to some additional services with Five9 but need to understand the integration aspects. One area that we find lacking is the clunky reporting.

We really like the robust reporting options of Five9. We also love the local touch ability that helps our answer rates. Our Enterprise Account Director, Jonathan Moore, is excellent at his job and goes above and beyond to meet our needs and keep us happy. After more than 4 years, it's rare when Five9 is not able to do something we need.
