I ordered a small snoopy snow globe. When it got here the glass was broken. I contacted fitzula's and they made it right by giving my money back.

I ordered a little prayer Angel for my older sister bc I had bought her one a few years back in Gatlinburg TN. She accidentally left it in her car when she traded it and was upset and wanted another one. I found one exactly like the one I had given her here and ordered it. They were very helpful and polite!
