Did not meet my expectations

My Jim Shore Santa and moose was packaged so wonderful to prevent breakage! It was perfect when arrived. Thank you for all the details which were outstanding in my book. This item is Christmas gift to my family. Thank you for making my experience so great. Bonnie Steene. Merry Christmas!!!!

I was surprised and pleased to receive a phone call and not an email when there was a problem with the way I placed my order. The young lady was polite and helpful and I received my order with no other issues.

Beautiful Christmas lantern, great price, easy communication to solve a shipping question & fast delivery! So happy to support an independent, family-owned business.

My niece loves Minnie Mouse and this ornament is gorgeous, absolutely perfect!
