The item seemed packed very well. However, it was broken.

You guys are the best quality products and great service

I received the Matilda witch doll and she’s adorable , thank you

The item is exactly what wanted at a reasonable price and the delivery was smooth and prompt. Appreciate 'em.

Fitzula’s saved the day. Our daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal on a recent family trip and was devastated. We searched high and low for Tucker the Turtle and he was nowhere to be found. After lots of googling, we finally found the same turtle at Fitzula’s online and immediately made the purchase. I wrote them an email asking if I could pay for expedited shipping to get the replacement here quicker and they called to talk through it and worked with me to make that happen. New Tuck arrived and all is right in the world. We 100% recommend supporting this business!

Great service, easy to order, shipment prompt and well packed. Will continue to use for all my Dept 56 supplies

Super fast delivery and everything was packaged with care.

Got additional cat finger puppets that I wanted, having bought one on a recent trip to Good’s Store in East Earl, PA (Amish country). Completed my set (orange, tuxedo, and calico) through you!
