My Gym clients love Fit3D and my corporate clients love the posture feature Our experience with Fit3D has mainly been positive. Yes, support could be a little quicker but we have only needed it a couple of times over 3 years. We’re happy to pay the small monthly fees. It’s well worth it :) Fit3D’s features generate us plenty of income for other services.

I don’t recommend working with this company. Here is my experience. I purchased the product a few years ago. I have an agreement and contract with clear terms on what was included with my purchase/fees. It mentioned ‘Hardware & Software License’ with ‘unlimited usage’. It even defined the word ‘Software License’. Today, they (Fit3D) emailed us and told us that in less than a week from today we will now have to pay a monthly fee. It’s not a small fee either, it ranges from $100-$250/month. I think it’s borderline unethical and I plan to consult with my lawyer on next steps. In terms of the product / hardware - it was mediocre. There were always bugs and issues with it.

Reasons why I will no longer be a Fit3D provider: 1. I have had a terrible experience each time I've reached out to support to have an issue resolved. The wait times are too long and the responses sound like something I should read in the tech manual. I've asked for help in interpreting client data that seems way off, only to be given a "blanket" answer.... have the client stand a bit closer/farther?? ... there's possible a reflecting object??... tell the client not to move (when we know they didn't) ??2. My clients are scanning regularly and seeing alarming swings in their results. One scan they are down body fat percentage, the next they are up without any cause. Clients feel defeated when they're working so hard and seeing physical results yet the scanner yields an uncertain truth each time. I feel like a sleazy salesman when I say "its ok.. there's a certain degree of error that is expected.. let's book another scan" 3. I'm now being asked to PAY A SUBSCRIPTION- to the tune of $600 a year-- for scans that I cannot truthfully rely on-- and for continued dismal support.  I expected better from you Fit3D.

Fit3d. Highly recommended. I have been able to compare the accuracy of 4 scanners - evolt, styku, inbody, and fit3d. In short, nothing is 100% perfect however Fit3d's accuracy was the significantly better than the other 3. For example, we found that when testing clients 2 x day, 7 days in a row, Fit3d's body fat % varied only 1-3% on all subjects however the other 3 brands all varied from 1-14% over the week. Clients are not stupid. If you educate them, a margin of 1-3% is fine however at 14%, many clients gave us feedback that they couldn't trust the results. Fit3d also has a really easy to use dashboard. Hope this helps. God bless.

We would recommend Fit3d to any gym or health/fitness business. Support and set up and been easy to deal with and pretty quick given how popular fit3d is in the world. Our clients love the images. Well, maybe not love them however they do make it a lot easier for us to on-sell nutrition and gym programs. And the images are so much more powerful than performing skinfolds or using the old electrical current tech. If you want to add a bit of wow or shibang to your offerings, we'd recommend Fit3d :)

I have owned a fit3d machine for close to 5 years. While the technology is impressive, the technical support is pitiful. The only way to communicate with them is by email and the response time is outrageous. I reported a problem 11 days ago and I'm no closer to a solution than I was before. I'm reliant on this machine and that is unacceptable. It would help a ton if their techs would not spoonfeed the troubleshooting steps, like they do. Try this..take pictures..reply to email. Wait days..hmm..try this next thing they could have sent in the beginning.Wait days. Don't you dare send another email asking for a solution because you get put at the bottom the queue, as I was informed. Look at other options. Update- after owning the machine for 4 and a half years, they no longer will provide technical support, parts, etc ..but they would be glad to sell me a new machine. Criminal..

We use the FIT3D for our training gym. Manually measuring people too inaccurate and uncomfortable. Previously had used STYKU and basically had to stand in there with the person to make sure it actually worked and had to troubleshoot each scan. We've had minimal tech issues and those we had the customer service with FIT3D was outstanding and had it resolved right away.

We have been using Fit3d for 5 years and it has been a game changer for our business growth. Previously we had used the old school BIA/electrical current machines however we found them to be very inaccurate and lost clients because of it. One of the best features of Fit3d is the data platform. The 3d images, combined with color coded graphs not only make it easy for clients to truly understand their health but has increased our sales conversion rates for other products by 80%! Fit3d Support has also been better than expected :)
