Bought for my two grandchildren who are very picky eaters ages 10 and 13. Loved the fact when opening they smell like vitamins not candy.Grandchildren like them. I have seen a difference after a month of use. Better sleep. Better mood. I now have a subscription.

Response from First Day· Oct 24, 2023
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Maria! We're genuinely sorry to hear that they arrived in a sticky condition😔 Our gummies are usually quite resilient with high temperatures, so we're disappointed that they melted on you. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, these things happen.😔 We're here to help, though! And we'd love to make it right for you. We've requested your contact info, and we'll sort this out and make sure your next experience is spot on.😊 Your support means the world to us, and we're grateful to have you as a part of the First Day family!💛
First Day is great company to deal with and their products are superb. And as I said in past the only draw back for someone on limited income is price, and this would be the only reason I would discontinue this product. Their customer service is spot on!

My new order of the kids vitamins had the tamper seal broken on arrival. The First day deam quickly sent a new one without delay on their behalf. I was the biggest delay due to ignoring email. They were responsive, polite, courteous, genuine, and in general great to work with.

We're so sorry about the tampered seal issue, but we're thrilled we could fix it up with a replacement in no time.😊 Your patience and understanding rock!💛 We're always here for you, so reach out anytime. Here's to keeping those kiddos healthy and happy with First Day!✨
I received two shipments of the teen vitamins. The second was to replace the first shipment because the vitamins arrived in a sticky mess. The second shipment arrived the same way. Also the advertisements showed that the vitamins were three different flavors and colors. Ours arrived in one sticky orange clump. Not appealing to a teen or parent. The vitamins also gave off an odd odor.

We're truly sorry for any trouble you encountered with your Teen Vitamins, but your feedback is incredibly valuable to us! We're currently looking into the packaging issue and the product presentation to make it as bright and cheerful as your spirit. One of our agents has already replied to your email and processed the refund successfully. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to rectify the situation. Thank you for your wonderful support!
