The product itself is fine. The problem is what happens when the company gets access to your banking information. So far, I have been unable to cancel my subscription, even though I have emailed them multiple times. I cancel the subscription, but it keeps getting reactivated. I had to cancel my card to stop the charges, but somehow they managed to charge my new account. I have a lot of unused product, and they don't seem to care about my emails. They continue sending me more products, and I am still waiting for a response to my email requesting that they stop all future shipments and cancel my subscription permanently.

The product is decent but not as good as when I first purchased it. The amount if magnesium has dropped and the consistency of the gummies is different with every order. Sometimes they are firmer and sometimes they are all stuck together in the bottle.

I like these vitamin gummies for my child. I have noticed a difference in mood and sleep since I started her on them five months ago. First Day's subscription process is easy and also easy to skip, change or cancel if need be. I recommend these and this company.

Our grandkids love these vitamins and seem to do better in school when they’re taking them. Customer service services the best! They’ve answered every question I’ve had promptly.

Probiotics don't seem to be fresh. Haven't opened the vitamins yet.
