They basicly scam you. You can not remove your card from the account and they keep billing you. When you cancel the subscription, it just says pending and it keep pulling money from you month after month. Support not responding etc. Any lawyer reading this feel free to contact me so we can sue this company to stop it from performing this obvious scam.

Wish I'd seen this beforehand. About as sketchy and dishonest as they come. You have been warned.

Very complicated/impossible to set up. Customer service are not helpful at all. Expensive fees every month. I do not recommend this product

Customer service is not available. I can't imagine they are so busy that you have to wait more dan 45 minutes before the pick up. But the woman who picked up in the end helped me and solved the problem quick. Would be a big improvement if you could send your questions by e-mail.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, terrible. Coverage is bad and the devices constantly break, one spot of rain breaks them. Go with Garmin.
