Hello Raj, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sincerely sorry that your experience with the Pro “God’s Mode” plan and our support process did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it feels to encounter glitches and to have a ticket closed without proper resolution or follow-up. This is not the experience we want any candidate or partner to have. Our team is actively working on product stability, clearer access to role-specific content, and stronger escalation workflows so that critical issues are handled by senior human support rather than automated responses alone. We would like to take ownership to review your case personally. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email ID, the ticket reference/date, and any details about the features that were missing or not working. A senior member of the team will re-open the investigation, confirm eligibility for an appropriate refund or adjustment, and provide a clear resolution timeline. Thank you for the opportunity to make this right and to improve the process going forward. — Team Final Round AI

Hello Raj, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sincerely sorry that your first live interview experience with Final Round AI and the refund process did not meet your expectations. We understand how stressful this situation must have felt, particularly when you were relying on the Copilot feature and timely support. Copilot response speed can occasionally be affected by device performance or network conditions, and we are actively optimizing this to ensure real-time usability. Regarding refunds, all requests within our 3-day money-back guarantee are meant to receive proper human review and clear confirmation, and we regret that communication with you was not handled better. We would like to take ownership and investigate your case personally on priority. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email ID and the date you requested the refund so our senior support team can verify eligibility and provide a transparent resolution and payout timeline immediately. Thank you for the opportunity to make this right and to improve the experience going forward. — Team Final Round AI
