I have used Final Round AI to prepare for my Cyber Security interviews. It is honestly really good. The mock interview features candidate to prepare for technical and non technical interviews as well. And provide a detailed report based on your answers. Great tool for every tech person looking out for interview preparations.

Hello Abhinav Sharma, Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re sorry that the pricing shown caused confusion and disappointment. Promotional offers can differ from our standard renewal prices, which may explain the change you noticed after the 3-month plan ended. We understand that, as a loyal user, you expected clearer communication from us. We’d like to review your account personally and ensure you receive any eligible partner or loyalty discount. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email ID, and our team will clarify the payment/renewal price and available offers on priority. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate pricing and renewals, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. — Team Final Round AI
waste of money, earlier gpt1.0 answers with crisp and clear answers for scenario-based questions. However now its copilot which is giving hallucination answers. never expected this i would like old version of finalround ai with dual mode. i connected with Claire and showed her my issue like how answers exactly showed with 99% accuracy and now with copilot how it is showing hallucination answers for the same questions. she said she will update the same with higher management as older version was good

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback, and we’re truly sorry that your recent experience didn’t meet expectations. We take concerns about answer accuracy very seriously, as Final Round AI is built to help candidates perform confidently — not to create doubt through inconsistent responses. While we’re continuously improving our Copilot models with additional training and guardrails, we understand that you preferred the earlier “dual mode” approach. At the moment we can’t switch individual accounts to a legacy version, but our team would like to review the scenarios where you noticed issues and offer the best resolution, including guidance on how to get more reliable outputs from current features. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your registered email and a few examples of the questions/answers you found inaccurate. We will investigate on priority and use these inputs to strengthen the product further. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. — Team Final Round AI
04/02/2026 update: Despite all the information and documents that I sent to the company, they sent me another email on 29 January requesting a response within 24 hours with the documents that I have already shared. Still no sign of any intention to refund me the $288 cost of renewal, which I have never agreed to. This has become an unnecessarily long battle that I don't need, simply due to a mistake that I signed up with them. I will recommend no one to go through what I have been through. 22/01/2026 update: I have contacted FinalRoundAI again, sending all relevant information; however, no response has been received from the company. EU regulations, primarily the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), mandate clear upfront information, easy cancellation, and fair notice for automatic renewals, which the company has not comply. Instead, they automatically charged fees from my bank without notify me and without my consent. In addition, there is nowhere on the website mentioning the 'automatic renewal' or where you can disable it. I encourage consumers, especially in the EU, to exercise their rights if they have experienced the same. You can contact the European Consumer Centres Network - ECC Net in your country to file a complaint. *** *** 20/01/2026 Update: I have written to FinalRound AI after their comments posted on 7 January, however, I heard nothing back from them. *** *** I signed up FinalRound AI in September. It was a useless programme, so I stopped using it. After three month, I was charged with full price $288 as a result of "automatic" renew. This is a scam. Please stay away from it!

Hello Jackie, We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration caused by your subscription renewal. Final Round AI memberships renew automatically so that service isn’t interrupted, but we understand this was not what you intended after you stopped using the product. This does not reflect the level of support we aim to provide, and we want to take ownership to resolve this for you quickly. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email ID and the approximate charge date. Our team will review the case on priority, clarify the renewal details, and process any eligible refund or cancellation adjustment right away. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right and to improve how we communicate renewals going forward. — Team Final Round AI
I subscribed to the Pro plan after reading positive reviews and expecting a polished, reliable product. What I got instead was a buggy, incomplete platform and zero real customer support. Key features simply do not work as advertised. Interview Q&A generation failed entirely when I actually needed it for a real interview. The content was never produced. Other parts of the product are poorly designed and unintuitive. Even basic things like accessing role-specific Q&A required digging around obscure URLs. This does not feel like a finished product. The interview copilot feature technically runs, but the value is low. Questions are generic, and the AI does not meaningfully challenge vague or shallow answers. It’s closer to a demo than a serious interview prep tool. The biggest issue, however, is support. I requested a refund within the stated 3-day window according to their own ToS. What followed was an endless loop of automated bot replies. No human support, no escalation, no resolution. When I asked for updates or clarification, they simply stopped responding altogether. This feels intentionally designed to exhaust users into giving up. Charging a premium price while hiding behind bots and ignoring valid refund requests is unacceptable. Potential aside, in its current state this service is not worth the money, and the lack of real customer support is a serious red flag. I would strongly advise others to stay away unless they are comfortable paying for an unreliable product with no accountability.

Hello George, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience with the Pro plan and our support process fell short of expectations — especially when you were preparing for a real interview and needed the platform to work reliably. We understand how disappointing this must have been. This is not the standard we aim to deliver. Our team is actively improving product stability, onboarding experience, and access to role-specific preparation so candidates can use features seamlessly without searching through unclear URLs. We also want to ensure that all valid refund requests within our policy receive proper review and escalation. We’re taking ownership to investigate your case on an urgent basis. Please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email ID, the date of the refund request, and any examples of features that didn’t work as expected. A senior member of the team will personally review this, confirm eligibility, and provide a clear resolution timeline. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right and to improve the experience for all candidates going forward. — Team Final Round AI
