These filters work just a well as the manufacturer's ones do but so, so much cheaper and orders come in a timely manner.

Sent the wrong filters. I've sent a reply to the email provided and still have not heard anything on how to return the wrong filters and obtain a refund. Bad enough that the wrong filters were shipped but they LOOK NOTHING like the ones I ordered!

I thought it was not delivered , but I checked my mailbox and there it was!

This is the second time I have ordered filters for our Whirlpool refrigerator. Ordered a three pack initially (18 months ago) and a four pack this time around. Did not see any appreciable difference from the OEM filters but they are 65% less expensive.

Lots of texts New product and not installed yet But it arrived okay.

Not yet delivered.

Filter source they use is inaccurate it was not compatible to my fridge. Don’t trust 100%

I am basing my rating on the fast service in getting the product as ordered. I haven't installed a filter yet, but I am confident all will work well
