I ordered the incorrect filters (my fault) upon arrival I ordered the correct filters and requested an RMA which I was given immediately. All transactions were handled in an expedited and professional manner. I am very pleased with the service and will reorder as these are used and replacement becomes necessary.

Purchased 2 BLUAQUA filters which are a direct replacement for my EDR1RXD1 filter in my Kenmore fridge.Both leak very badly.Had to put the old filter back in to stop the leak.Will contact Fiterswell to see what they have to say. ETA..Tried to contact Filterswell on multiple occasions.No response.Guess I'm stuck with 2 useless filters and out $50.I definitely recommend going elsewhere to get filters.

The filter is wrong and I have been trying to get instructions on how to get different filter. I have sent messages and left phone message all week. Right now not happy with services. PLEASE help me !!
