We first tried your products last year. We were pleased with the product and decided to buy more this year. Purchasing your products online is frustrating. I spent an hour trying to buy two spotlights on Saturday 3/2/24. I was unable to put in a different shipping address than the billing address. I tried getting an answer from the chat bot. it was not answered. I was so aggravated that I was moving on to another manufacturer. I decided to try calling help line. If it wasn't for the customer support person going above and beyond to help me, I would have never used your company again. Her name is Desiree. We like your product, but to purchase your product on the website is a nightmare. It makes me reluctant to buy from you again.

These products are great I would recommend them and the support I have gotten from them is amazing they answered every question I had about putting lights on my truck
