I had a hard time getting a hold of a sales person, but once I did they were very helpful. The product is top notch!

Pros: great equipment for volunteer first responders, security professionals, construction and specialty govt units. The idea is there and it's highly promising. Cons: CEO is focused on cranking out hits rather than perfecting already great products, needs more flash patterns, more vehicle specific products, external flashing capability (data wire products), handheld feniex one controller, offer a typhoon with boosted output amperage so there's no need for external relays. 👍

Works perfect. Quality build. Lose a star because they should be able to get product shipped when the quickest way is chosen during shipping checkout section. Yes there is a in house wait once you place your order clearly posted during checkout. However this isn't the 20th century any longer. DO NOT request anything other than regular shipping its a waste of money.

When i order my quad for the mirror i told they where serial quad. And it was not the case and the duty fees are enormous ..
