Not customer service at all or technical support

Desiree Samilpa was extremely helpful and took time to answer each and every question I posed for her. She was very knowledgeable about your product and your company's web page. The web page was very handy because I was able to follow along as Desiree explained the various products and examples so I could make an informed decision on what we needed to purchase

The staff was awesome to work with , the lights are built pretty tough and Very bright , this is Good quality. We will be buying again and again!

Vendor doesn't meet deadline or keep appointments. Vendor said they offered GSA pricing however at the time of purchase they did not. Service reps DO NOT make appointments, basically no call no shows
