Very impressed. Purchased LFS61 flail mower. Mower was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Assembly was easy (just attach the mounting brackets) and the getting started instructions were good. The unit is performing well—it’s my first flail mower so can’t compare to others. Cut is better than my rotary cutter but not as good as my finish mower—pretty much what you’d expect.

In a nut shell...Amber. Awesome lady!! Just to prove the value of having the best person answering the phone, I paid two-hundred more for the same product your competitor has. Actually called "Farmry" second. Amber's willingness to assist, her professionalism, and her overall attitude in general was the proverbial straw. Thank you Amber.

Received both packages in about 3-4 days of ordering and everything was in great shape upon arrival. The chipper works great and have not used the stump grinder yet. (To much going on) But so far I have been extremely well pleased!

The RM20 I purchased is a great little mower. It handles inclines over 45degrees with ease. Farmry had it delivered very quickly. The only issue I have had is after sale support. I am having trouble finding air filters for it. I also dropped the remote and broke the speed toggle switch. Emailed Farmry about it and haven't heard anything. If after sale support was as great as the purchasing experience, I'd give them 5 stars.

My items were well packaged. Everything was complete and easy to assemble. I am totally pleased with my purchase.

Shipping crate was broken and parts falling out. Hard mounting 3 point hitch bracket, without taking the guard off. The guard was the broken piece, so it needed fixing anyways.
