Fantastic customer service. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They are exactly as advertised, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". turns out my problem was just a bad connector. A less reputable shop would have talked me into a new transmission.

My 11 year old Honda Element had been making a terrible noise in the rear when I turned hard. It had been doing this for several years. I know I should have had it looked at earlier, but finances were a problem. Finally I took it to a repair shop and they told me it was the transmission and I should dump it. A friend told me to take it to Cottman. The car had long been paid for so even if I needed a new transmission, I still wouldn't have a car payment so I went. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the transmission. The noise was the rear end differential and I might need to take to a gear shop, however Ray did some research and found a service bulletin issued by Honda for the same issue. All that was need was to change the fluid to a different kind. It worked. I can't thank Ray enough for going the extra mile and researching the issue so I didn't pay hundreds in unnecessary repairs.
