Hi Thomas, Glad to hear your order arrived on time. We understand the $60 liftgate charge can be an added expense, especially when unloading equipment isn’t something everyone can easily handle. Just to clarify, that fee is charged by the freight carrier for the liftgate service, rather than by Farmry. We appreciate you sharing the feedback, and we’re glad the delivery itself went smoothly. Best,

Hi Gary, 30 hours in and still going strong—that’s great to hear! Taking on a 3-foot overgrown field right out of the gate is a pretty good test for a flail mower. We’re glad the 61" mower has been performing well behind your Kubota and that the delivery and assembly went smoothly too. We really appreciate you giving Farmry a first try, and we’d be happy to have you back anytime. Best,

Hi Johatabe, It sounds like you’ve really gotten the hang of the HSG24 Pro! Twenty hours of use is a great start, and we’re glad to hear it’s cutting well for you. And yes—taking your time and following the assembly instructions definitely pays off, especially with a stump grinder. We’re also glad we were able to get the holiday discount applied quickly and that the grinder arrived a little ahead of schedule. We appreciate you sharing your experience! Best,
