The add was deceptive. Only in the fine print, would you have known that you weren't getting the flagpole as well as the lights.

The remote doesn’t work. Replaced the battery with no success. App does not connect reliably and built in control options are minimal

Fast delivery bought the 20ft with 2000 lights my flag pole was only 19ft but worked well looks fantastic could use better instructions but was easy to figure out, recommend two people

I received the product within three days.

Everything went well with delivery. The tree was very tangled and went up with some difficulty. Also, there is are 2 zig zag runs that are not illuminated. I wasn't going to say anything since that only accounts for about 20-30 lights out of 4000 but it does make a weird rectangle between the two anchor points.
