My family really enjoy the look of the tree. The wow factor is there and it is a beautiful and festive way to use our flagpole during the Christmas holiday season! The only challenge was the instructions and video that were a bit vague but got me thru it in the end.

ordered two trees, one was well packed and went up easily, the other was miss packed and took hours to untangle. Directions very lacking

Product arrived quickly! Went up without any issues. Beautiful!

Love the product. This is a replacement for one I bought several years ago. This one broke three days after I set it up. One section is out, the wires separated. Seems more fragile that the one I got a few years ago. I will try to repair the broken wires.
