So glad you had the replacement part that we needed for our beloved flagpole Xmas tree. It doesn’t fit quite the same but it works.

Quality product, well made and designed. Also, needed to replace a few parts due to consumer damaged pieces. Fast shipping.

Great product and quick delivery!

Fairybell has been wonderful in replacing parts. The website is easy to navigate and parts arrive very quickly.

Excellent time receiving replacement parts under warranty - couldn't be easy to order and receive. Thank you!

Easy set up. Looks great.

Said pole was included in original purchase. Was not. Then when ordered seperate flagpole for $130 , the geound stake was supposed to be slanted to dig into the ground easier, and it was not. Not impressed at all for a total of $600

The item shipped out reasonably promptly and was packaged well. This was a replacement panel for one that failed after 3 years. For the price, I was expecting a more durable "tree."
