This has been my nightmare with these theives. Robert, I have been excessively patient. It's been a month. No refunds has been received. No product has been received. What's the issue? Please don't waste either of our time telling me you will create a ticket. That's been done 2x already. It means nothing. It has been since September 26th. And it is ridiculous. Refund me my money. This is theft. K. I was told you we updating your tracking system and would receive my tracking number and my delivery would be October 30-Nov 18 by 8 pm. That did not happen. I was then told on Nov 4th that they would escalate the situation, whatever that meant, and would have tracking by Wednesday. That to never happened. On November 9th I was told that I would have tracking by Monday that yet again your tracking situation is delayed. Obviously it is not tracking that's delayed is that you are just completely unable to fulfill your orders that are paid for in full. On November 16th I was told that my delivery would be here by November 30th 8 p.m. . It is now December what? Obviously you have some sort of problem. This should not be my problem. I no longer want your merchandise. I would like to be notified of my refund having been processed immediately because this shipment should not have taken two and a half months to fulfill. I'm extremely disappointed with you as a company, and will no longer be making any purchases from you. Sincerely a very patient and dissatisfied customer, K. Due to the overwhelming number of orders processing has been a couple of days late. We would like to let you know that you will receive all tracking on Thursday when we open back up. SCAM. I ordered a product in September and NEVER received it! Even with lots of messages back and forth to their "customer service" it's never been resolved. They refuse to send it to me and they REFUSE to give me a refund. And now they are ignoring me all together. HORRIBLE COMPANY I would not suggest it to anyone. Looks like they've done this to other people as well.

Do not order from them. I ordered from them in September and never received it. I never even got the tracking number. Every time I contact them via e-mail they give me a new delivery date. And every time it’s the same excuse that it’s stuck in customs. It’s been almost four months now and I don’t think I’m getting anything or getting my money back. I’ll never ever order from them and advice everyone not to either.

I got the belt shock too off of Facebook from this site & I was very skeptical but it works. I’m starting to see the difference. Took 3 1/2 weeks to receive but it was worth the wait. The customer service agents via email were very nice. I don’t order stuff online often but this was a good buy.

I placed my order in September and still have yet to receive it. The tracking number i got with the order never worked! I contacted them through Facebook messenger as directed. I got a fast response that my package was stuck in customs for sometime now and they will reship it. They would give me the new tracking number and never did. It's now almost December and I still have not received my order. The address listed on my credit card statement is for an address in Brooklyn NY. So if it's supposedly coming from that address how is it stuck in customs? I did a google search of the address. It seems to be a residential apartment building. I order online all the time and have never been ripped off. I trusted them with my businesses based on all these "wonderful " reviews online and facebook comments. After doing research there are a bunch of people who never received their products from them. So where did the reviews come from? Fake, made up, bought? I would not recomend anyone give them your information, it seems to be a scam to me. Luckily with the help of my credit card company I was credited my money back. Never ever order online with a bank card! Credit card only!

This is a scam!! Do not order from here!! They didn't send my product and they erased all of my comments on facebook then they blocked me! They do not respond to my emails and no one answers the number that's on their website, I've left several messages and no one has called me! It's been months! So again don't buy from here!
