Placed an order in December, have still not gotten it! They keep telling me it will be here next week or I can get a refund, neither have happened. This place is a scam do not buy from them!

Do not buy anything from this company. Its based in China and any favorable reviews must be written by them. I purchased the fat burning device from them in Dec. Its Feb and still no response. I asked for a refund and they said they was sending it weeks ago. Still no refund. I contacted a consumer group out of United Nations and this company does not exist on any books in China. My next step is to contact the FBI and report them. I could only imagine how many US Citizens they have scammed through this company.

I ordered a product & then canceled it the same day. They emailed me back saying l would get a refund after they "updated " my account. It's been 2 months & They keep saying they have to "update " my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...IT'S A SCAM !!!!!! Valorie

Very bad customers service, unable to reach to customer support. was waiting for my package for two months and still has not received it. I have send many emails , got two tracking numbers but it has wrong destination. will never buy anything from this website.

I have also ordered a product and never received it. Kept emailing and messaging and they kept saying it was in customs and they will reissue it. Called and Called and it is only a dumb answering machine. Still nothing.

I purchased this item December 3rd. It's Jan 26th and no item and no refund. This company is based in China and it's a scam.Its probably not even a company. Probably some 15 year old becoming very rich stealing from Americans.
