Great company, great customer service and fast shipping!

Great quality products but my biggest complaint is selecting an existing ship to address in EZ Order. They are arranged in order by when the address was added so it takes a while to find the address. It would be much better if they were arranged in alphabetical order by customer name.

Overall service is great. I have had a couple of errors recently on Xstamps, but corrections were done quickly.

I like the fast responce I typically receive. I get a reply email letting me know my order is being processed so I don't have to wonder. When I have to call customer service is always helpful. The only thing I would complain about is when there is an outstanding proof it would be nice if someone would do a follow up within a week. I have had 2 times that I thought I approved something and after 3 weeks the customer is asking where it is and no one let me know I never released the order. The product is great and the turn around time is outstanding.

Very quick filling and shipping when orders are placed. I have had very few mistakes made in 25+ plus years of orering stamps and embossers from Shachihata and when we did find one it was taken care of quickly.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.
