The service and response time is great, the trial glasses came very fast, My prescription strength matched my clinic prescription after I figure out how to have all the settings right, even though I have a screen protector I had to say no. If I said yes my numbers would be wrong, My astigmatism was a little off, but not that noticeable, for the price I recommended this tool, but to get your initial settings I recommend you have a clinic prescription to make sure it matches.

It took a lot of effort and several customer support calls to finally be able to align the red and green lines in the VisionChecker app, and they never once formed a "single yellow line". I did, however, get some eyeglass numbers. I did not, however, ever get a pupillary distance measurement. Both the PD component of the Vision Checker app shot down repeatedly before I could even begin a measurement, and the PDCheck app kept finding some problem with my "settings", but never being sufficiently specific. Through all of these challenges, your customer support team, specifically Denzel and Sean, were very helpful and worked very hard in an effort to make things work.

Excellent product.

I did several tests, just to be sure. The prescriptions were very consistent, so I ordered the pair of single-vision glasses The round lenses and frame make me look like I just stepped off the front cover of a German men's magazine of the 1930s, but what really matters is that both lenses give me very sharp distant vision.

I wasn't sure about the product at first but I figured I would try it out since it wasn't too expensive. I'm glad I did! I love being able to get new glasses from my home and not go to an eye doctor and spend all that time.
