My first "electric" tester worked for 3 seconds. The replacement was doa. I ended up using the manual one which was difficult to use but did a great job of revealing my optometrist's big mistake and enabled me to get agreat pair of glasses. My biggest complaint I have is with their websites. It took me nearly half an hour to find what I wanted because it kept showing me "blips" of their products rather than everything at once.

Overcharged for product. Company did not respond to request to correct improper billing (waited over 2 weeks for any kind of response). My credit card is now handling the disputed charge. Update 11/22/23. EyeQue reached out to me. The billing issue was technical in nature and was related to their recent integration with Linneo vision benefits which I was using. I bumped up my rating to 4 stars deducting 1 star because of the missing email. There was probably a problem with the web form on EyeQue's website used for submitting my request to them. This could have been avoided by telling users on that form that they will receive an acknowledgement email after submission (I'm not sure if they currently send an acknowledgement email). In my case this would have avoided my feeling of being ignored and resorting to contacting my credit card company.

I was surprised by how well I could see with my right eye (the left one was easy). However, I think my astigmatism is not right, because I see two pictures, which makes it impossible to use your glasses to neither see far nor near. I would appreciate any help on how to fix it because I believe this is fixable.

I'm impressed with how well this device works! I recently had a professional eye exam done, and my results were very close to what I got from the EyeQue Vision Check. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the positioning of the device correct, but once you get the hang of it, the results are quite accurate for single-vision prescriptions.

The setup was somewhat challenging but the device works great. Unfortunately my AMD has progressed too far for glasses to gel me.

I have had to contact the company a couple of times over issues which turned out to be user error. I had my phone set to the wrong resolution, and had adapttive brightness turned on. I am still having one issue, which I hope is also due to user error. They have been prompt and helpful in their replies so far. When I have managed to get the device to work, it seems pretty accurate.

Would be 5 star except for first response from support did not address my issue. This was corrected in subsequent interactions
