My glasses look perfect. They were ready so fast!

I ordered online and everything was pretty easy. The choice selection was good.

I chose purple in these and they totally look red. I would upload a picture if I could.

I ordered warranty lenses and they made them for thw wrong frames so I had to wait again for them to be made in the lab and I forgot about them and when I called to go go them they said that I could no t wvwn though I paid for the warranty to get them! This place is terrible and it takes me almost an hour to get there! Can't believe they messed up the first time and then they decided that my warranty money I sent was no good anymore even though they were ordered before the warranty was up!!

I lived in Tucson, Arizona and bought my glasses at EyeMart Express in Tucson in May, 2024. I was extremely pleased with the service and glasses. I relocated to Clearwater, Florida in November 2024. One afternoon, I dropped my glasses onto the floor and not only did they fall on the lenses, they fell under my recliner and when I put it down to retrieve my glasses I really damaged them even more. I immediately called the Tucson Store and I was told they couldn't do anything for me unless I sent my damaged glasses to them first. I tried to explain that I only had prescription sunglasses and could not be without eyeglasses and the gal just said sorry, go to a location in Florida. It turns out Destin, Florida is the closest location to me and it is over 7 hours away. I called the Destin Store and Mike answered the phone. Let me tell you, no one has ever treated me as well as he did. He listened to my story, he then said, he would be more than happy to help me and I did not have to drive over 7 hours to get my eyeglasses replaced. I received my new glasses via mail and few days later and I could not be happier with them and with Mike. EyeMart Express needs to have Mike conduct a seminar for all of its employees to show them how to treat a customer, how to take care of a customer, how to have common sense when dealing with a customer. Mike exemplified all of the qualities that an employer would love to have in all of its employees. Good work EyeMart Express on having such an outstanding employee as Mike in your Destin location. Awesome company to order glass and to work with! Very easy process! I ordered these glasses on-line, with even a hiccup in the order. I placed this order 2 days after I ordered from my eye doctor. Today I got the 3 glasses ordered from Eyemart, and still waiting for the Dr ones orderd.
