The truth, frames are overpriced but it was a bo go so 170.00 per pair was average price and i needed them anyway. Already had script which made it easy. No bargain but good as any of the others. If i had to pay 300 plus per pair it would not have happened.

Everyone was so polite from the time I walked in to the end of my appointment. Dr. Tuan Bui, was so thorough and gave me information to look into for my chronic migraines and that my current prescription was too strong. Thank you, Dr Tuan Bui for going above and beyond!! Denise Joslin

Easy online experience, great service !!

I ordered a pair of rimless glasses to find that eyemart lacks the equipment to drill necessary holes in lenses. After waiting two weeks hearing nothing, I called to find the order was canceled due to above. The store claims to have called me and left a message. I never received the call. In any event the store invited me back for a re-styling. I went in to pick out a new style. Unfortunately the store manager refused to discount a different frame as a compensatory measure the inconvenience this matter caused. Keep in mind that I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from you guys. I ended up using the on line service and received a 30% discount on the frames I picked out. In my opinion the Green Bay store manager is a poor customer servant. He/she could have at least come out and discuss the matter with me.

Great fitting glasses

Ordered glasses for pickup at a store location, was contacted and told I chose a different store. That store was not close to me, so after everything they decided to just ship them. It’s been 5 days and only the shipping label has been created per the tracking information. Per customer service, they have already shipped. Part of the reason I chose Eyemart is so I could get my glasses quickly & now I’ve ended up having to call out of work for over a week due to vision impairment. Definitely not a great experience after spending over $100.

First time I ordered: went very smoothly!!

Overall I am happy with Eyemart Express. I've had a couple issues but, nobody is perfect
