I waited a little over an hour, and I had to leave without being seen. They took 2 people who came in after me. I understand being short staffed but that was the worst experience.

I visited the Eyemart Express in Mobile, AL. on Airport Blvd today and had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Debra, the sweetest lady with the prettiest smile that lit up the store as soon as you walk in. She was very helpful and cares about the glasses you are purchasing. She was greeting each customer that came in with a very polite hello and making sure to tell them Happy Mothers Day since it is tomorrow. I enjoyed my visit here with Mrs Debra, she makes this store so wonderful with her demeanor to the public. She has a glowing smile that you will not forget.

Scheduled appointment to see doctor - same day. Easy to find - non-wait - in and out. Exam thorough and quick by doctor. Gave mebdiagnosis and solution options. All staff very professional. Highly recommend.

I did a walk in appointment on a Saturday. I picked out my frame, gave the staff member a copy of my RX, got my glasses ordered and PAID IN FULL. I was told that my RX would need to be shipped off instead of getting made in store and I could expect them in 6 to 14 days. Problem is that it’s been 3 weeks and was told today that my lenses still have not been made and obviously not shipped yet. So I am curious as if I will be waiting for another 3-4 weeks or longer to receive my new glasses. I was also told that a text message was sent as well as a voice mail but I received neither telling me that my lenses have not been made or shipped. I will probably choose a different provider the next time I am due for an eye exam and new glasses.
