8 days ago I placed an order. Emailed me a shipping number but nothing since. Emailed their customer service asking for an update. No response. Will be contacting the bank to reverse the charge very soon. Not impressed!!!!

Dreadful service they should tell you how long it takes to get your glasses

Dropshipping. Je besteld maar moet heel wat weken wachten op je pakje uit China. Ik bestel niet in een Nederlandse webshop om alsnog op pakketjes uit China te wachten. Bestel ik het zelf wel in China voor een fractie van de prijs.

Update! Glasses finally arrived. However, this was not good news as none of the 4 pairs I bought are the right prescription, despite the glasses being marked up as the right prescription. Not even close and are impossible to use. Another disappointed customer. Don't seem to deliver unless you check the tracking app, and in order to do that , you have to give them access to everything on your phone. Very dodgy. Do not use. I have written off the money I sent them, as the only way to contact them, again, requires they have access to everything.
