Absolute rubbish, 2 pairs of glasses ,broke within a couple of weeks of wearing them,extremely fragile. Don't bother waisting money. I have tried to contact the company for a refund ,with no success!!

There was a minor issue with my order but the way they corrected everything was so great! They were very kind, helpful, efficient and customer-oriented. Gotta love that! ♥️

Very good with high quality Glases

Absolute Joke!! Ordered prescription glasses from Eyekeeper on 9 May, waited until 23 May for dispatch, expecting them to arrive next couple of days. Contacted customer service only to be told that they have been dispatched, expect to receive them in 1-2 WEEKS? At no point do Eyekeeper advise that it will take this long to receive your order, total lack of transparency & extremely misleading!!!

Great customer service and very quick to resolve any issues to customer satisfaction. Would buy again.
