Loved the colour and style of the frame but the hinge on the arm broke after 3 weeks of use. Contacted the company through the customer service department 4 weeks ago but have had no response to my complaint.

Excellent customer service and very helpful

I ordered three pairs of "cheaters" for 16.95 each, skeptical about the less expensive ones. The expression, "You get what you pay for", proved to be right here. The quality of the both the frames and lenses were exceptional! The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was sound and strong. Shipment was promised in 2-4 weeks. It arrived in a week.

First of all list a phone number that actually works.Second when you send them a email they take forever.third I've been waiting now two months for them to send shipping information where I can return these glasses that don't work.forth they are horrible with communication you want get another dime from me and recommend People don't do business with them take your business elsewhere horrible Service

Good pair of eyeglasses. Would like to have more magnification choices. Sunglasses had to ship from China so took longer than other options but were of good quality once they arrived.
