At first, there was an issue with communication and I wasn’t receiving emails inquiring about my order. After 2 weeks, I received a text that customer service was trying to get a hold of me. Once that was cleared up, it took another almost 3 weeks to receive. I love my glasses! They are higher quality than what I purchased from another retailer. Very happy and looking for my next pair!

The glasses are very good value for money with a wide range of frames available. The order process is also very easy and smooth and couldn’t be happier with my new frames.

Hello, James Burnette, Thank you very much for purchasing eyewear from our brand. We’ve checked your order and confirmed that it has been shipped. We’ve also sent a shipping notification email to your inbox. Have you received it? If not, please contact us, and we’ll resend it to you. Since our products are custom-made, each order is manufactured based on the customer’s prescription. Simple single-vision lenses take 3–5 days, while more complex lenses—such as progressive lenses and photochromic lenses—take longer. Your order includes photochromic progressive lenses, so it will take a bit longer to process. Thank you again for choosing us and for your understanding.
Easy ordering process, great prices, and glasses are cute and comfortable! Very pleased with my experience, I will purchase from Eydology again!

I ordered a pair of the Lincoln brown square glasses, and I’m not disappointed. Frames are excellent quality, fit great and look super stylish. I’m just about to order another colour! Delivery was quick, it was easy to order and I’m going to look for other styles. With these prices you could have a different pair each day.

Had lengthy exchange in which Eydology kept claiming the ADD value on a prescription was only for varifocals. I said I wanted reading glasses. They have sent me glasses with only the astigmatism corrected and with no other prescription in. I can see no more than with no glasses at all. Pointless and they made me pay extra for a PD that they claim is ‘outside the normal’ (it isn’t in the UK, it’s standard).
