I’m really sorry to hear about your experience—that’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you were expecting a quick turnaround on a “ready to ship” system. We completely understand how disappointing it is when expectations around delivery and transparency aren’t met. At EXTREME PCs, we aim to deliver on every promise, and when that doesn’t happen, it’s our responsibility to make it right. A delay of this length on a pre-built system should have been communicated much earlier, and you absolutely deserve clear updates and timely service. If you’d like to move forward with a refund or explore faster alternatives we can offer, please reach out to our support team directly at www.extremepcs.com—they’re ready to assist and prioritize your case. I couldn't locate a order under your name, we can see if it is maybe already ready to go. Would you like help escalating this or finding a similar build that is ready to go immediately?
