I was on a tight deadline to get my passport renewed before a business trip and was also nervous about using a service like Express Passport. The customer support I received throughout the process and the text and email updates was great! I was really impressed and they really helped in a time of stress.

Great customer service and truly expedited delivery. I received my passport exactly as expected and was kept informed all the way along the process. Highly recommend it.

Overall very good experience. The staff is very professional and helpful. We need to renew a passport for my 11 year old son. They were fast and delivered.
