Georgian citizen, first US company, and I knew nothing about EINs or US banking going in. StartFleet handled all of it. LLC filed fast, express EIN came through quickly which matters when you have no SSN, then Mercury and Stripe. Nima made the difference. Reviewed my site before submitting to Mercury and caught an issue that would have been flagged, and told me exactly which proof of address they'd accept. Approved with no back and forth. Same with Stripe, advice on the non-resident options and matching the business name to IRS records saved me from getting both wrong. Replies usually within minutes, often outside working hours. 2 weeks from nothing to a US company with banking and live payments.

Setting up LLC as a foreigner solo member, first time - I had lots of fear walking into this, but Nima really gave me the confidence. The whole process is based on emails with very fast response turnaround. I never got a reply took longer than 12 hours. I felt confident every step of the way with Nima's hand-in-hand process.

Really happy with Startfleet. They handled my LLC formation cleanly and have been consistently supportive throughout, reactive when I had questions, genuinely helpful when I needed guidance on banking, tax filings, and the various moving pieces of running a US company from outside the US.
