Extraordinarily efficient and user…
Extraordinarily efficient and user friendly! I was updating my airline reservation info one week prior to a European departure when I discovered that my passport had expired 7 months prior. I purchased the Express Passport one-day service and had a new passport in 48 hours, delivered to my residence by FedEX Express First Overnight. The phone interview was especially important because my printer did not print some of the important numbers on the online US State Dept. application (which I did not realize). The interviewer guided me through every step of the application process to ensure success. S.A. B. MD
