Thank you James we appreciate your feedback and business. Best Regards.
Service was excellent. The quality is average. That the flags are stapled on to the flag stick is not good. I have taken them apart and glued them which gives a better appearance.

Thank You Maria for your business and feedback, we appreciate your input. We look forward to serving you again. Best Regards.
The only complaint I had was with the amount of packing used - BUBBLE WRAP?! Seriously it's a cloth flag - why would it need to be wrapped in plastic and then wrapped in bubble wrap and then put in a box?! I did appreciate using the USPS (which explains the box) if it fits it ships. Excellent qualtiy flag. Fast Delivery!
