I received my hat with what appeared to be a 3 year old price tag sticker on it, when removed all the glue was stuck to the brim and ruined the reflective surface rendering the hat worthless, I thought I ordered the hat from a reliable source but I was wrong, It appears none of the hat companies besides New Era care about keeping customers satisfied. Why would you sell hats on a website that have the price clearly stated on the site then send the hat out with a price tag? ... I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on this test buy failed as I do not care to remove the glue from the reflective surface with glue remover only to possibly damage the hat further ... I don't care to waste time in returning the hat to possibly be disappointed again it should of been considered before you sent it out, its clear to whom your targeted customers are... ghetto trash, because only a bum would keep the price tags on the things they buy.
