I ordered a hat and it said it was delivered to front desk,receptionist,or mailroom and I live in a private house so I contacted them and they told me not their problem and they don't care where it was delivered to cause they are already paid and told me I better get on my horse and track down my own hat. I don't know where they shipped it to but not my house so I never got my hats and they said they are not responsible for where it gets delivered so they are not responsible for the $110 and after doing some research this is a common theme from exclusive fitted the send you a tracking number and send something to probably one of their own addresses and keep your money and don't give any merchandise. I found out this has happened to a couple hundred people just over this last year. This is a New York scam company they will send you a hat that will cost $20 but once anyone places an order for over $50 they rob them. Your typical New York scam artist

Terrible customer service. I had an issue with the shipping address on my order, sent them multiple emails regarding it and they still shipped the package. They literally responded to my email A MINUTE after the package was delivered saying there was nothing they could do. I would never recommend this website for fitted hats. Hat Club is without a doubt the way to go!

Got what I wanted and it shipped fast

I am from East Tennessee and I stop by Exclusive in Kalamazoo to purchase my products. But what I actually found other than the great products that they sell was a young lady by the name of Leah that had the best personality and help me with what I needed to purchase. Whenever I am in Michigan in this area that would be my place of purchase choice. She is the greatest!
