The cap I received was exactly as described. There were prompts to purchase bundles which I thought I had ignored but then realised after completion of my purchase that this had been added to the order. On contacting the seller, they immediately changed my payment and refunded me the money for the items. They responded quickly and the matter was resolved.

I inadvertently add an extra item to my order. I requested a refund on return of the item. Charles asked me to keep the extra item and they refunded me the cost! Very generous considering it was my mistake.
