Everyrush have given me excellent customer service. Their product arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it did not fit me, and I emailed to ask to return it. They replied very quickly and after explaining the situation they have fully refunded my purchase to me. I am very happy with the customer service from everyrush.

Somehow I clicked twice and purchased 4 not 2 hats. I immediately contacted customer service and Durian was able to reduce my order from 4 to 2 hats before the order was filled. My credit card showed the reduction in charge within hours. Great customer service. Durian, your the best. Oh, and I love the hats. Used one everyday here in the California desert!
