My package was sent quickly. They were very responsive when I asked to return the product. And my refund was processed in the timeframe indicated. My impression is they are a small company so everything was done via email but there were no delays as a result.

I ordered a hat on line from Everyrush that provides lots of shade for your face. The product was as described but it just didn’t suit me. I reached out to their customer service to ask about returns. Almost immediately I received a response offering to credit my purchase with hopes that we may do business in the future. I was beyond pleased with their service and would not hesitate to order in the future!!!
