I have ordered from you for several years. I have just 1 problem with your plant stakes/label. the metal name plate is not wrapped around the wire stake sufficiently and many times will pop off when it is hit with your foot or a hoe. Correct that problem and I will be really HAPPY.

Thanks for the feedback, David. We will try to do a better job of crimping the nameplates onto the wire.
I really like the way the labels look in my garden. I usually just label the hosta that I can't remember the names. I usually use a fine line sharper to label. The only problem is that after years of use the bottom of the label rots off and I don't know his bro rectify the problem

Thank you for sharing this with us. A couple of years ago we began offering stainless steel wires for those with more acidic soil. Another option is to coat the bottom few inches of the wire standards with a protective coating. Also, please be aware that Sharpies will not last more than a few months out in the elements. They are great if you want to re-use our labels, but if you want the markings to remain intact, we recommend a grease pencil. Thanks, Edna.
It is a very useful labeling system for my garden.

Shipping within 24 hours is our goal. Thanks, Steph!
My order was not completed as ordered. When I called to find out if there might be another box in the order I was told, "no, just the one". Within two days the items that were not shipped were at my door step. I know mistakes can be made but to bite the bullet and pay priority shipping to make it right..........my hat's off to you! Well Done. Excellent product, excellent customer service!

Thank you very much, John. We have excellent employees, but you're right, sometimes mistakes are made. Our goal is always to make things right for the customer.
Can’t say enough good things about product quality, selection and customer service. Highly recommend, especially to the gardeners for whom plant labeling that lasts through bitter winters is important.

Thank you, Charles! If you are able to pass along the names of a few possible distributors, we would be happy to look into it. We do not know who is reputable in New Zealand. Thank you!
