Set up an account and was immediately suspended! Poor business set up to suspend accounts before they are even fully set up. Completely unacceptable and would never recommend. The user interface was also not very friendly, and it was difficult to find the information I needed.

We have been using this for sometime. Its intuitive, easy to understand and just makes sense where as many other providers have failed. However, we have found that since starting to use the agenda (we like the side by side concurrent sessions view others lack), that you cannot export your agenda, you cannot print your agenda, you actually have no real access to the data at all aside from editing it. A REAL PAIN when you need your agenda in a CSV file or excel file to share with your team or to copy your sessions for marketing purposes. - You cant. We asked why you can create custom reports but not export the agenda or even export your speakers. Its not cheap, these features should be baked in.

This platform is AMAZING. Easy to use, minimalistic backend, designs are great, and the per ticket pricing is so helpful for a small nonprofit working to a small budget. This has been the best event platform ever and I can't wait to host the conference and use Eventzilla to register attendees on-site!

I have tried other event softwares and so far, I love Eventzilla. Easily integrating with payment gateways, also with bank account. gives you insights to your leads and so many more.

When deactivating the trial period it blocks everything if you don't want to pay. This is unacceptable

It's base function as a ticketing platform is great, but some aspects could use serious improvements.
