EventzillaReviews of eventzilla.net

Every year, I face issues with Eventzilla due to new releases not functioning properly or implementing changes that lack justification. For example, I am required to have a pre-test link approved before I can send it out. By the time the team approves it, I often no longer need it. While the platform does work, it feels clunky and has numerous bugs. I will start researching alternative platforms as a potential replacement.

There are so many tools and customizations that are integrated into the platform that allow you to get as detailed as you'd like with your event. The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck. There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they registered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees.

We have been using this for sometime. Its intuitive, easy to understand and just makes sense where as many other providers have failed. However, we have found that since starting to use the agenda (we like the side by side concurrent sessions view others lack), that you cannot export your agenda, you cannot print your agenda, you actually have no real access to the data at all aside from editing it. A REAL PAIN when you need your agenda in a CSV file or excel file to share with your team or to copy your sessions for marketing purposes. - You cant. We asked why you can create custom reports but not export the agenda or even export your speakers. Its not cheap, these features should be baked in.
